SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended — customers will be notified accordingly.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times We offer the following shipping options within the United States:
- Standard Shipping (5–7 business days) — calculated at checkout
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days) — calculated at checkout
- Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $70
Order Tracking Upon shipment, customers will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to reflect updates.
Shipping Carriers Desired Flare ships via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the destination and selected shipping method.
Damaged or Lost Packages Desired Flare is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at DesiredFlare@gmail.com with photographic documentation of the damage. We will review each case and work toward an appropriate resolution.
Domestic Shipping Only At this time, Desired Flare ships exclusively within the United States. We do not offer international shipping. We appreciate your understanding and will provide updates should this change in the future.
International Shipping
We ship to select countries within the European Union and internationally. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. International delivery typically takes 12–35 business days depending on your location and customs processing times.
Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
Shipping Carriers International orders are shipped via FedEx or DHL Express. A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.
